Kathy Holland | Connecticut Realtor®

"While relocating back to my home state after 25 years Kathy held my hand the entire time. She made the transition back so much easier for me! She is not only my realtor but now my life long friend. I highly recommend her!"

"Kathy is an amazing agent, a zealous advocate for her clients, detail oriented and passionate. Out last deal together was anything but smooth, through no fault of hers, but Kathy consistently fought to keep the deal together where others might not have, just to ensure that her Seller got the best deal possible. I look forward to many more closings together."

"Kathy Holland is the best Realtor. She is very professional and caring. She has been dedicated to consistently send me the most recent houses on the market. She is always checking in with me to see how I’m doing. We have a met a few times to make sure we are on the same page. Kathy went out of her way to come walk through my house. During this time, Kathy was able to advise me on things I should do to sell my house faster and increase my house value. She provided me names of people who would help me achieve these goals. As I said before, Kathy Holland is the greatest Realtor."

She always responded quickly and thoughtfully, paid close attention to detail, and took the time to explain everything I asked! What stood out most to me was how honest and trustworthy she was throughout the process.
